CHECK-IN: Please arrive 15 minutes early so you can enjoy a complete, relaxing experience. Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay any balance due prior to receiving your service(s).
CANCELLATION: If you cancel the day of your appointment, the remaining 50% balance will also be charged. If you cannot make your appointment, please call us up to the day prior to reschedule it and keep your 50% deposit.
